Most of the time it is faster and easier to start
from the beginning.
- We will backup any data you have on your computer;
including Microsoft Office files (word, excel...) pictures, videos,
music files and any program data like Microsoft Money files. Tell us what special programs you have loaded
that you have data saved for and we will back it up and restore it
after the reload.
- The reload includes; reloading the original Operating System, the newest
drivers that your computer manufacturer may have released, all
applicable updates from Microsoft, and any special software you give us or tell us to purchase and install (anti-virus
or anti-malware program).
Virus and Malware Removal
There are hundreds of thousands of viruses, malware, trojans, and worms out there.
- Multiple programs are used to scan and clean your computer
- The computer's registry is scoured for threats
- Specific places on the hard drive are manually checked for threats
Home Network Setup
